Is it true that the above exhaust model that is LTA compliance to WRX GDG model does not come with 'silencer' orginally? The add-on 'silence' is the LTA requirement due to no 'cat' at the mid-pipe?
I check the internet/you tube didn't notice the 'silencer' in the exhaust.
Anyone with the above knowledge can advice?
